Earning points:
Members earn 1 POINT to RM1 spent on qualifying purchases in-store or when you place
your order via Dunkin’ App.

Redeeming your points:
Members can use their earned points at min 5 points = RM5 on qualifying purchases in-store
or when they order in the app.

You can earn points and rewards by using by scanning your Loyalty ID or by placing a mobile order through your Dunkin’ Rewards account. Please note that using the Guest Checkout option does not collect points or rewards.

Members earn points when they scan their Dunkin’ Rewards QR Code or order ahead in the Dunkin' App in-store.

Dunkin’ Rewards Points do not expire. Reward Coupon Terms and Conditions apply.

If you are attempting to sign into your account and have not received a 6-digit security code to your mobile device, there may be an issue with either the phone number on the account or your service provider. If your card balance does not update immediately after a transaction, you can manually refresh it. We recommend that you refresh your balance regularly.
